YOU CAN NOW REGISTER ONLINE FROM NOW UNTIL MAY 20, 2012!!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO PRINT & SIGN THE FORMS WHEN YOU ARE DONE REGISTERING ONLINE AND MAIL THEM TO P.O. BOX 307, MARCY, NY 13403 OR DROP THEM OFF DURING IN PERSON REGISTRATION

Fees for Registration:           Fees for 2011 Fundraiser:

$70.00 for one player                          $50.00 selling candy bars

$120.00 for two players                       $25.00 buying out

$140.00 for three or more                     (per player)

*New Registrants MUST bring copy of Birth certificate*
