Volunteer assignments are based on current organizational needs. Screening or training may be required for certain positions.

Are you interested in bringing Pop Warner football, flag football, cheer or dance to your community?
We can provide information about the requirements for joining an existing association or starting a new local program within the Maryland Pop Warner service area.
Approval is not automatic.
Every organization must meet applicable Maryland Pop Warner and national Pop Warner requirements.
Sponsor Maryland Pop Warner
Sponsorships help expand access, strengthen programming and support youth athletes and cheerleaders throughout our service area.
Opportunities may include event sponsorships, program support, scholarships, equipment assistance and community campaigns.
Sponsorship recognition is based on the approved level and agreement.
Our Commitment to Youth Safety
The safety and well-being of every participant come first.
Adults working directly with youth must complete all required screenings, training and certifications before beginning their assignments. Maryland Pop Warner reserves the right to review and approve all volunteers and partners.
